The intent of the Code of Conduct form is to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and practice our basic expectation with respect to their own individual behavior.
 
This CSHSAA Code of Ethics directs members (school administrators, professional staff including coaches, guest coaches, student athletes and spectators) to practice ethical behavior that will:
• Promote values of respect, responsibility, fairness, honesty, caring, loyalty, initiative, leadership, flexibility, and persistence.
 
The Code of Conduct form will become a mandatory requirement for all season 3 sports, (Spring 2024) Boys Soccer, Track and Field, Field Hockey and Rugby. Then the Code of Conduct form must be signed by student, coach and Parent/Guardian(s) for all future season of play beginning in the Fall of 2024.
