Congratulations to JCS and Bowness who finished top 6 in the league, finishing in Division 1. Congratulations to Bowness, who won the inaugural Axe Bowl between these two teams in was a close battle right to the end!

Provincial Update
Bishop Carroll had a great season, finishing top 6 in the city in Division 1. They competed in the 4A provincial quarter final against HTA. Despite coming up short, they came out firing and battled the whole game, providing a great showing for our Calgary Zone at the 4A level. Congrats on a great season to the Cardinals!

St. Francis competed in 5A quarter finals this past weekend down in Raymond. While the Comets eventually pulled out the win, the Browns played one of their strongest games of the season. They came out swinging, seeing the end zone first, early in the game, and kept the comets on their heels all game in a great battle. Congrats to the Browns on a great season!

Both Ernest Manning and Notre Dame had convincing home wins over LCI and Salisbury respectively, over the weekend in an exciting 5A provincial quarter final double header. Both teams have advanced to the 5A Provincial Semi Finals on the road to the Alberta Bowl. The Griffins will take on Harry Ainlay Titans in Edmonton this weekend, while the Pride will head down to Raymond to take on the Comets. Good luck to both teams!
